We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our team in a full-time capacity. At Productiv, we are on a mission to transform how enterprises manage and optimize their software portfolios. Responsibilities

Take ownership of the full development lifecycle, from initial system design and implementation to final launch and ongoing maintenance.
Collaborate across departments to ensure new features integrate seamlessly while maintaining high standards for security, scalability, and efficiency.
Foster a culture of technical excellence by conducting code reviews, establishing best practices, and mentoring junior and mid-level engineers.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong foundation in software engineering and a desire to build high-quality, maintainable code. We value candidates who bring the following qualifications:

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
At least 5 years of professional experience in software engineering with a focus on designing and implementing complex features.
Proficiency in JavaScript, Node.js, Vue, and AWS.
Strong expertise in system design, unit testing, and problem-solving.
Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to mentor other team members.
