Senior Software Engineer at Productiv

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the full development lifecycle, from initial system design and implementation to final launch and ongoing maintenance.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure new features integrate seamlessly while maintaining high standards for security, scalability, and efficiency.
• Foster a culture of technical excellence by conducting code reviews, establishing best practices, and mentoring junior and mid-level engineers.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong foundation in software engineering and a desire to build high-quality, maintainable code. We value candidates who bring the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in software engineering with a focus on designing and implementing complex features.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Node.js, Vue, and AWS.
• Strong expertise in system design, unit testing, and problem-solving.
• Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to mentor other team members.
