We are a team of motivated engineers building technology that helps the world's largest financial institutions and lenders make confident real estate decisions. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will join our remote-first team to design and deploy high-quality, scalable solutions that directly impact how property values are analyzed across the United States.
Responsibilities
- Develop clean, extensible, and well-tested code that addresses complex enterprise challenges.
- Collaborate across departments, including design and leadership, to build features from the ground up.
- Analyze the long-term impact of technical decisions to ensure our systems remain robust.
- Participate in a culture of mentorship, where you will both learn from and support your fellow developers.
- Utilize our core stack, including JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and Node, to deliver professional software.
Must-haves
- At least 6 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in building modular, reusable code and maintaining internal libraries.
- A deep commitment to writing tested, high-quality code and a talent for debugging.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- A passion for problem-solving and a drive to build solutions that disrupt the real estate valuation industry.
- Experience with modern development tools such as Jira, Figma, and Jest.
