The role
We are hiring a Senior Software Engineer to join us full-time on-site in Nigeria. You will lead development work on full-stack .NET solutions while mentoring teammates and guiding projects from initial design through production.
Core responsibilities
- Own the delivery of individual tasks within larger projects, providing accurate estimates and ensuring each piece meets quality and timeline expectations.
- Write, review, and unit-test code that follows established standards, design patterns, and security protocols across all layers of the application stack.
- Collaborate daily with engineers, business analysts, testers, and DevOps colleagues, offering feedback and mentoring less-experienced staff to keep projects moving smoothly.
Skills and experience
- Senior-level experience building and maintaining enterprise .NET applications using full-stack techniques.
- Strong command of the full application development lifecycle, including design, integration, documentation, and troubleshooting.
- Proven ability to communicate clearly in English, both in writing and in person, while working within cross-functional teams.
- Commitment to secure coding practices and continuous learning to stay current with industry trends.
