Key outcomes

• Design and develop products from the ground up, spanning data infrastructure, backend APIs, and user interfaces.
• Take ownership of your projects by managing your own workflow, communicating with stakeholders, and deciding how to best build our systems.
• Shape our engineering culture by defining technical standards, establishing best practices, and participating in high-level architectural decisions.
• Work across our full stack, which includes React, Node, Scala, Spark, Kinesis, and Python.
• Manage our data and infrastructure using Firebase, MongoDB, Postgres, and AWS.
• Deepen your expertise in the cryptocurrency industry by participating in research, governance, and educational initiatives.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional experience in software development.
• Proficiency or a strong willingness to learn our core technology stack, including React, Node, Scala, Spark, Kinesis, Python, Firebase, MongoDB, Postgres, and AWS.
• A proactive, analytical mindset with the ability to balance detailed planning with decisive action.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on clarity and relationship building.
• A genuine interest in learning about crypto and investment markets.
• A collaborative spirit and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Fluency in English.

Compensation

The salary range for this position is $140,000 to $200,000 per year. In addition to the base salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
