We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to help us scale our infrastructure and empower our engineering team to deliver value with speed and confidence.

What you'll be doing

• You will design and maintain a developer experience platform that makes our deployment, operations, and observability processes reliable and efficient.
• You will architect and evolve our multi-account AWS infrastructure, ensuring it remains secure, cost-effective, and easy for other engineers to use through automation.
• You will collaborate with teams across the company to reduce cognitive load, improve workflows, and drive the adoption of best practices in infrastructure as code, CI/CD, and system resilience.

What you'll bring

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in platform engineering and a passion for developer productivity. We are looking for someone who speaks English fluently and possesses the following qualifications:

• Expertise in AWS, specifically with services like EKS, Lambda, RDS, and IAM.
• Deep technical knowledge of Kubernetes, including cluster management and networking.
• Proven experience with Terraform and infrastructure automation to create modular and maintainable systems.
• A strategic mindset for build vs. buy decisions, allowing you to leverage open-source tools and third-party services effectively.
• Strong communication skills and a desire to mentor other engineers while aligning platform initiatives with our broader business goals.
