We are looking for a talented engineer who is passionate about solving complex problems and wants to help us push the boundaries of what is possible in the blockchain space.

About the Role

We are hiring a Senior Software Engineer for a full time position. This is a remote role based in the USA. You will be instrumental in developing high-performance systems that support our trading strategies and blockchain operations.

Key Responsibilities

Design and build innovative offerings that maximize profit for validators while providing value for searchers.
Develop and execute technical strategies to optimize the performance of our backend systems.
Partner with cross-functional teams to implement robust blockchain solutions and provide expert guidance on best practices for working with ETH validators and traders.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in distributed systems and a deep understanding of blockchain mechanics. We are looking for the following qualifications:

At least 5 years of experience designing, building, and testing highly scalable, distributed backend systems.
3 or more years of experience working in the blockchain industry.
At least 2 years of specific experience in Blockchain MEV, including familiarity with ETH or BSC MEV, mev-boost, and PBS.
Proven experience in the trading sector.
Expertise in the Go programming language.
The ability to read and modify core blockchain codebases such as geth, bor, or prysm.
Strong communication skills and a creative, independent approach to problem solving.

Location

This position is fully remote and can be performed from anywhere in the USA.
