What you bring

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in London to help us build the modular technology platforms that drive our embedded finance solutions. You will work within a collaborative, domain-aligned team where you will be expected to leverage your expertise in C# .NET, Node, and React to solve complex business problems. Your daily contributions will be vital to our mission of supporting small businesses through the following responsibilities:

• Utilize continuous delivery practices to ensure high-quality software reaches our users quickly and efficiently.
• Collaborate with customer-obsessed teams to design and build exceptional experiences for both our internal and external users.
• Take full ownership of the software lifecycle, from initial ideation and development to maintenance, while actively mentoring junior engineers to elevate the entire team.

Requirements

We are looking for a seasoned engineer who thrives in environments where requirements evolve and experimentation is encouraged. You should have professional experience coding in at least two programming languages and a strong desire to master our primary tech stack. A deep understanding of Agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, is essential for success in our fast-paced setting. We value candidates who possess resilience, a collaborative spirit, and the ability to optimize for team performance rather than individual accolades. While not mandatory, experience with Azure cloud technologies, DevOps culture, or financial software development will certainly set you apart.
