As we continue to see rapid adoption of our Platform Orchestrator, we are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our fully remote team and help us define the future of platform engineering.

Key outcomes

• Develop and maintain our core product, primarily using Go to build and scale robust microservices.
• Take shared ownership of technical systems, ensuring our architecture remains scalable, reliable, and elegant.
• Collaborate across disciplines to prototype new ideas, explore complex problems, and iterate on solutions quickly.
• Refine our engineering standards by promoting clean interfaces, thoughtful abstractions, and rigorous testing practices.
• Engage directly with customer use cases, from initial research and design documentation to final implementation.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in modern cloud environments, specifically building and running applications on Kubernetes using AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, infrastructure as code tools like Terraform, and modern CI/CD pipelines.
• A pragmatic approach to problem-solving, with the ability to balance high-quality engineering with the need for speed in a startup environment.
• Experience with infrastructure and observability, including participation in on-call rotations or general incident troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work autonomously in a fully remote setting, using tools like GitHub, Notion, and Slack.
• A bias for action and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous situations.
• Professional fluency in English.

Preferred qualifications

• Prior experience working with Go in a production environment.
• Experience building web applications or VSCode extensions using React and TypeScript.
• Familiarity with chat-based interfaces or integrating third-party LLMs.
