The opportunity

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our team and contribute directly to our core products, including Enforce, Align, and Monitor. You will play a vital role in our ongoing efforts to build an industry-leading SaaS application by developing new features, creating robust APIs, and improving our platform architecture. This is a full-time, remote position where you will work cross-functionally to solve complex problems. We value engineers who stay ahead of industry trends and are eager to bring innovative solutions to our daily workflows. While we are a remote-first company, we have a specific preference for candidates located in LATAM, particularly in Uruguay, Argentina, Colombia, or Brazil.

A day in the life

• You will design, build, and maintain scalable, high-performance applications using Ruby on Rails or Golang.
• You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to scope, prioritize, and implement new features that provide measurable value to our customers.
• You will foster a culture of technical excellence by writing clean, testable code and identifying opportunities to improve our development processes and infrastructure.

Who you are

You are a seasoned engineer with a passion for building reliable software and a desire to grow alongside our team. We do not expect you to meet every single qualification, but we are looking for someone who brings the following experience:

• At least 5 years of professional experience in building production-grade web applications.
• Strong proficiency in Ruby on Rails or a Python-based web framework.
• A deep understanding of PostgreSQL, including the ability to write and optimize complex queries.
• Proven experience in developing and maintaining RESTful APIs.
• The ability to thrive in a remote environment while maintaining clear and effective communication with your teammates.
• A proactive mindset with a genuine interest in learning new technologies, such as Hotwire, React, Redis, RSpec, or AWS.
• Fluency in English to ensure seamless collaboration across our global team.

Our compensation package for this role includes a salary range of $65,000 - $98,000 for LATAM-based employees, alongside the following benefits:
