What is this role?

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This is a senior-level position where you will take ownership of complex technical initiatives, from initial requirements gathering to final product delivery. You will serve as a technical leader, guiding architectural decisions and helping us build scalable, elegant software solutions that directly impact our members' lives.

What will you do?

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of sophisticated software applications while ensuring high standards for performance, reliability, and code quality.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to translate complex business needs into effective, scalable technical solutions.
• Provide mentorship to junior engineers, conduct thorough code reviews, and drive the adoption of new technical practices to foster a culture of excellence.

• You have at least 6 years of relevant experience combined with a Bachelor’s degree, or a Master’s degree with equivalent professional experience.
• You possess deep technical expertise in Java, RESTful APIs, and frontend development using Angular.
• You are highly proficient with Git for version control and have a solid understanding of OAuth2 for authentication and authorization.
• You have a proven track record of leading projects and mentoring other engineers to achieve high-quality results.
