What you'll be doing
- You will take full ownership of major sections of our rapidly expanding marketplace, including the storefront and our next-generation course platform.
- You will design and maintain our recommendation and data systems to ensure a seamless experience for our instructors and students.
- You will collaborate with a world-class engineering team to build, iterate, and scale our core technical infrastructure.
What you'll bring
We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer who is a crisp, thoughtful communicator and possesses a high degree of agency. To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:
- At least 5 years of professional experience shipping features to a real user base.
- Strong proficiency with React, NextJS, Python, FastAPI, and Postgres.
- The ability to balance high-level data model design with low-level performance optimization.
- Fluency in English to collaborate effectively with our remote team.
What you'll get
The salary range for this position is $170,000 to $220,000 USD. In addition to your salary, you will receive strong equity and the following benefits:
