At Clinical Architecture we build healthcare technology that helps organizations solve complex data challenges and deliver better patient outcomes. Our team works from our Carmel, Indiana headquarters in a positive, casual setting where creativity and collaboration drive every project.
What is this role?
We are hiring a Senior Software Engineer on a full-time, on-site basis. The position calls for someone with senior-level experience who will design and build healthcare solutions while guiding other engineers and shaping technical direction.
What will you do?
- Design and develop both single-tenant and multi-tenant software products, including databases, APIs, and user interfaces.
- Analyze requirements, define solutions, and contribute to our products within an agile environment that values creative problem-solving and teamwork.
- Mentor fellow engineers on development principles and best practices while supporting ongoing product maintenance and enhancements.
What makes you a great fit?
You bring at least eight years of hands-on software design, coding, and quality experience, along with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical background. Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Core, Web APIs, SQL Server, Entity Framework, LINQ, JavaScript frameworks, Windows Services, and socket programming is essential, as is prior work with WinForms, Vue.js, HTML5, CSS, threading, in-memory caching, and security frameworks such as OAuth 2 and JWT. Excellent problem-solving, organizational skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively round out the profile. All work is conducted in English.
What's in it for you?
We provide a learning budget, generous paid time off that includes holidays and a dedicated winter break week, 401k matching, comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, plus disability insurance. Additional perks include paid volunteer time, sabbatical opportunities for long-tenured team members, maternity and parental leave, health and wellness incentives, and a relaxed workplace designed to support a healthy work-life balance.
