Senior Software Engineer at Vibrent Health

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our team in a fully remote capacity, where you will help us develop the next generation of health-focused mobile applications.

What you'll be doing

• You will lead the full software development lifecycle, from initial design and architecture to writing clean code and conducting thorough peer reviews.
• You will collaborate closely with product owners and the Scrum Master to keep our development backlog organized and prioritized for efficient delivery.
• You will evaluate and integrate new open source and cloud native technologies to solve complex technical challenges and improve our existing design patterns.

What you'll bring

To be successful in this role, you should hold a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or a related field, along with five years of professional experience. We are looking for someone who possesses the following expertise:

• Strong proficiency in mobile development using Swift, Objective-C, Java, JSON, and SQLite.
• Extensive experience building applications with design patterns like MVVM, MVC, or Viper, and a proven track record of distributing apps through the iOS App Store or Google Playstore.
• Hands-on experience creating testable features using tools such as Mockito, JUnit, or XCUITest.
• Technical knowledge of Docker or Kubernetes pipelines, REST and OAUTH standards, and mobile automation frameworks like Appium.
• Familiarity with external integration frameworks such as CoreBluetooth or HealthKit.
• Excellent communication skills in English to thrive in our collaborative, Agile environment.
