Role at a glance
We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid role based in the United States, perfect for a seasoned developer who wants to own features and influence the future of our product. You will work closely with our leadership team to drive meaningful changes across our platform.
Your impact
- Take full ownership of key features while collaborating with our engineering, product, and operations teams.
- Work directly with the CTO and other leaders to shape the technical direction and business outcomes of our platform.
- Build and maintain scalable, high-performance systems that provide a seamless experience for our dental practice customers.
What you'll need
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in professional software development and a passion for building great products. We are looking for the following:
- At least 4 years of professional engineering experience.
- Deep expertise in web development, covering both frontend and backend technologies.
- A proven track record of delivering polished, large-scale features.
- Experience designing systems that are both performant and scalable.
- The ability to communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders, including product managers and designers.
- Fluency in English.
We also love to see candidates who have experience setting architectural standards, managing complex system migrations, or have previously founded their own ventures.
