Our mission is to provide essential working capital to the millions of small businesses in Brazil that are currently underserved by traditional financial institutions. With over US$ 20 million in backing from investors like Y Combinator and Tiger Global, we are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our remote, full-time team and help us scale our impactful technology platform.
Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture of our projects and services while collaborating closely with business units to validate technical designs.
- Take ownership of the product lifecycle, from hands-on implementation and API development to writing robust automated tests.
- Drive our engineering culture by facilitating code reviews, pair programming, and architectural discussions to ensure high-quality delivery.
Requirements
- Strong technical background in architecture and product development across various scales.
- Proven experience managing and building large-scale systems.
- Proficiency in both backend and frontend development.
- Fluency in Portuguese to effectively communicate within our collaborative team.
- A mindset focused on delivering value rather than being tied to specific technologies or rigid processes.
