What is this role?

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our clinical software team in our London office. This is a full-time, hybrid position designed for an experienced professional who wants to apply their technical skills to meaningful healthcare research. You will play a vital role in developing the applications that allow us to collaborate with our partners and support the development of our multi-cancer early detection blood test.

What will you do?

• Design and build full-stack applications that directly support our cancer research initiatives.
• Develop and maintain the infrastructure and tooling required to power our internal systems and clinical workflows.
• Collaborate within a cross-functional team to solve complex, real-world problems that require both software solutions and strategic thinking.

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Go, Java, or TypeScript.
• Experience working with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Microsoft Azure.
• Strong analytical skills and a preference for creating simple, effective solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to various audiences.
• Familiarity with MySQL and experience in the healthcare or biotech sectors are considered significant assets.
• The ability to work from our London office on a hybrid basis.
