What you bring

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join us on a full-time basis. You will work in a hybrid capacity based in Atlanta, Georgia. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in JVM technologies, Scala, PostgreSQL, and cloud-native architecture to build robust solutions. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Designing and maintaining high-quality software features that support our core platform.
• Partnering with product managers, designers, and support teams to ensure our technical solutions align with business needs.
• Identifying and resolving complex technical challenges throughout the development lifecycle.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is a pragmatic, product-oriented engineer who values simplicity and maintainability in their code. You should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field. We are looking for someone with strong experience in JVM development, specifically with Scala or a willingness to learn it, along with a solid background in relational database design using PostgreSQL. You should be comfortable developing cloud-native applications and possess a deep commitment to code quality, testability, and documentation. Because we operate in a fast-paced environment, your ability to remain flexible and adapt to shifting priorities is essential.
