Role at a glance
We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a remote position open to candidates located anywhere. You will be instrumental in building the backend systems that power our platform, working in an environment that values deliberate, high-quality engineering.
Your impact
- You will collaborate directly with our product, design, and engineering teams to ship solutions that drive our business forward.
- You will translate complex technical challenges into clear, actionable plans, weighing trade-offs and communicating your logic through documentation.
- You will take full ownership of your projects, moving quickly to get code into production while actively seeking feedback to improve our systems.
What you'll need
- Between 3 and 7 years of professional backend development experience.
- Proficiency in or a strong desire to master Haskell.
- A deep appreciation for testing and documentation as essential pillars of sustainable development.
- Hands-on experience with AWS cloud infrastructure and PostgreSQL databases.
- A pragmatic approach to problem-solving, with the ability to balance rapid delivery with long-term technical quality.
- Strong communication skills in English, allowing you to articulate technical decisions clearly across the team.

We offer a competitive base salary range of $139,000 to $200,000 USD, complemented by a comprehensive total rewards package that includes equity compensation.
