Corporations with poor processes deploy you, and if you survive, they develop you - maybe. In contrast, we develop you before deploying you so you can learn, grow, and provide a wonderful UX and CX to our clients. We believe learning is a life-long endeavor!

What you will do:

• Tackle large-scale engineering challenges in the AdTech and PPC arenas with elegant, practical code.
• Ensure the needs of Ringba's customers, clients, and consumers always come first. We are obsessed with CX and UX.
• Develop redundant and scalable systems.
• Own the full development lifecycle of your projects.
• Work independently and collaboratively in a structured work week.

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience in the AdTech industry and its technologies.
• Demonstrated success in a remote home office environment.
• Prior experience in a startup or fast-paced environment.
• Expertise in relevant technologies and frameworks.
• Strong abilities to devise creative solutions to complex engineering challenges.
• Effective leadership skills focused on enhancing team technologies and infrastructure.
• Technical Experience:
• Minimum of 6 years of experience with .NET development.
• Experience with building and managing data pipelines, including familiarity with tools like Kinesis.
• Proficiency in Node.js/JavaScript and familiarity with major AWS services.
• Expertise in implementing full-coverage unit testing using tools such as Cypress and Ghost Inspector.
• Experience with NoSQL databases like AeroSpike or Redis.

Bonus points for:

• Experience with real-time bidding systems.
• Experience with VOIP and telecom APIs.
• Experience with Elasticsearch.
