Our team is small, high-impact, and responsible for a product that generates over $10 million in annual recurring revenue.

What is this role?

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a senior-level position where you will have significant autonomy to shape our platform. While the majority of our work is backend-focused, we welcome applicants from various technical backgrounds, including full-stack, SRE, and QA, provided you have the right experience. You will work in a hybrid environment based in the United States.

What will you do?

• Take full ownership of projects by defining the best path forward, executing the development, and ensuring the final outcome meets our high standards.
• Work across the entire product lifecycle, from initial design and development to long-term maintenance and operation within our technology stack.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, sales, and marketing teams to solve complex problems and launch new features that satisfy our customers.

We are looking for someone who brings a high level of agency and a proactive mindset to our engineering culture. You should be comfortable leading projects and solving problems with minimal oversight. To succeed here, you will need:

• At least 5 years of professional coding experience.
• Strong proficiency in developing substantial applications using Python.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• A collaborative spirit and the desire to work in a sustainable, team-oriented environment.
• Current work authorization in the United States.
