About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join us on a full-time basis. This is a unique opportunity to join a small, fast-moving team where you will have a direct impact on our products and systems from your first day. You will work across our entire stack, helping to shape our technical strategy while gaining deep insight into the rapidly changing world of cryptocurrency.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and build end-to-end products, ranging from core data infrastructure and backend APIs to user-facing interfaces.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to define engineering standards, make high-level technical decisions, and implement best practices across the organization.
- Engage in continuous learning about the crypto industry to contribute to our research, governance, and educational initiatives.
Requirements
We are looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative, high-energy environment and is eager to take ownership of their work. You should be an analytical thinker who values clear communication and is comfortable working within a multi-disciplinary team.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in software development.
- Proficiency or a strong willingness to learn our core technology stack, which includes React, Node, Scala, Spark, Kinesis, and Python.
- Experience working with databases such as Firebase, MongoDB, and Postgres, along with infrastructure management on AWS.
- A genuine interest in cryptocurrency and investment markets, paired with the drive to grow alongside a rapidly evolving company.
Location
This position is hybrid and can be based anywhere, with physical office spaces available in San Francisco and New York.
Compensation and Benefits
