The opportunity

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will join our tight-knit engineering team to build the systems that power our business. You will have a significant impact from your first day, working on products that touch every corner of our organization. A day in the life

• You will build full-stack products from the ground up, ranging from data infrastructure and backend APIs to user-facing interfaces.
• You will contribute to our engineering culture by defining technical standards, making key architectural decisions, and exploring new tools that help us move faster.
• You will dive into the crypto ecosystem, using your technical skills to participate in research, governance, and the development of innovative financial products.

Who you are

You are an analytical thinker who thrives in high-energy, fast-paced environments where you can take ownership of your projects. You communicate with clarity, value strong professional relationships, and are eager to grow alongside a company that is defining a new market. You should be comfortable working across the stack and excited to learn new technologies as our needs evolve.

Your background should include:

• At least 3 years of professional experience in software development.
• Proficiency or a strong desire to learn our core stack, which includes React, Node, Scala, Spark, Kinesis, and Python.
• Experience working with databases such as Firebase, MongoDB, or Postgres, and familiarity with AWS infrastructure.
• A genuine curiosity about crypto and a desire to build a career within this space.
• Fluency in English.
