Since 2015, our team of 160 professionals has built an infrastructure that now supports over 800 hospitals and 20,000 practitioners, helping to reduce administrative burdens and personalize patient care. We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our Data Lab team in France, where you will help us structure and analyze health data to improve clinical outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable software features while ensuring high code quality.
- Take ownership of code reviews and guide the team in adopting best practices.
- Mentor junior developers to help them grow their technical skills and professional expertise.
- Maintain and improve our internal tools, libraries, and overall system architecture.
- Ensure robust test coverage for new features and provide ongoing support for applications in production.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and contribute to our technical strategy.
Must-haves
- At least 5 years of professional experience delivering high-quality technical solutions.
- Strong proficiency in Python and React, with a willingness to work with Ruby on Rails.
- A pragmatic approach to development, focusing on building solid, tested solutions that deliver real value.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and French.
- A collaborative mindset with a genuine passion for coaching others and working as part of a team.

- Prior experience or domain knowledge within the healthcare industry.
