The role

We are hiring a Senior Software Engineer to join the One AI team on a full-time, remote basis. You will work with a group that values steady delivery, clear communication, and genuine innovation as we scale the platform.

Core responsibilities

• Design, build, and refine new features while fixing issues, boosting performance, and improving overall reliability.
• Coordinate API contract changes between frontend and backend systems and help shape architecture, processes, and engineering standards.
• Collaborate daily with product management, QA, platform, UX, and data science teams while continuing to grow your own skills and supporting teammates in theirs.

Skills and experience

We look for around six or more years of commercial software engineering experience, strong full-stack skills in C# and React, and clear communication across both synchronous and asynchronous channels. You should be comfortable thinking strategically about architecture and code decisions, focused on delivering the right outcomes for users rather than only meeting acceptance criteria, and based in the United States, ideally within Pacific, Mountain, or Central time zones. A degree or certification in software engineering, computer science, or a related field is helpful but not required.

Experience with recent versions of .NET, containerization with Kubernetes, cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure, and any background in data science or machine learning are considered strong advantages, as is prior remote-work experience.

Compensation and benefits

The base salary range for this position is $110,000–$140,000 USD.
