Having raised 36 million dollars from prominent investors like Andreessen Horowitz and New Enterprise Associates, we are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our fully remote team within the United States and help us shape the future of mobility.

Key outcomes

• Expand our API capabilities by building support for a wider range of vehicle makes and models.
• Design and maintain platform-wide features that enhance the overall developer experience.
• Engage in collaborative engineering practices, including code reviews, pair programming, and project planning.
• Partner with our Sales and Customer Success teams to define project scopes and prioritize new features.
• Implement robust metrics and error tracking to ensure high performance and reliability across all new features.
• Conduct thorough manual and automated testing to verify feature integrity in local, staging, and production environments.
• Triage and resolve bugs identified through performance monitoring tools.
• Provide mentorship and coaching to both new and existing team members.

Requirements

• Five to eight years of professional experience in backend systems or web application development.
• Proficiency in modern backend frameworks, such as Express for Node.js, Ruby on Rails, Spring, or Django.
• A proven ability to balance the need for rapid feature delivery with long-term code quality.
• Strong familiarity with command line tools.
• A degree in computer science or a related technical field.
• Fluency in English.

Preferred qualifications

• Practical experience with AWS networking, IAM, and database management.
• Hands-on experience with infrastructure-as-code tools, specifically Terraform.

Compensation

The base salary for this position ranges from 165,000 USD to 180,000 USD, depending on your years of experience. In addition to salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being and professional growth, including:
