What you bring

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will play a vital role in our agile delivery team by creating and maintaining high-quality features that keep us at the forefront of Apple device management. This full-time position is based in Poland, where you will work remotely while occasionally collaborating with colleagues for important team events. To be successful in this role, you will be responsible for the following:

• Translating complex customer challenges into actionable technical tasks that you and your team can execute effectively.
• Taking full ownership of tasks from initial design through to final delivery, ensuring every output meets our high standards for quality.
• Bridging the gap between technical and non-technical teams by clearly communicating complex concepts to stakeholders across the organization.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate who brings at least 5 years of professional experience in Kotlin and Java application development. You should have a strong grasp of Spring Framework, SQL, AWS, Git, and Kubernetes. Beyond your technical hard skills, we value candidates who possess a deep understanding of web application performance, testing methodologies, and quality assurance processes. You should be a strong communicator with the ability to listen, analyze problems, and interact effectively within a results-driven environment. Proficiency in English is required, and we are looking for someone who is genuinely interested in the Apple ecosystem and eager to contribute to a diverse, inclusive workplace.
