Responsibilities

• Lead the development of products that handle millions of daily page views while preparing for massive scale.
• Take ownership of large product features, guiding them from initial concepts through to final implementation.
• Drive frontend development to ensure a delightful and seamless user experience.
• Design robust backend systems and understand how different technical components interact within our architecture.
• Collaborate with teammates to scope solutions and thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.

Must-haves

• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and React for building frontend applications.
• Solid experience with Python to manage backend services.
• Practical knowledge of SQL and Postgres.
• A customer-centric mindset with genuine empathy for the needs of creators.
• Fluency in English.
• A bias toward action and a strong desire to learn.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience working with Firebase.
• Familiarity with Flask.
• Experience using design tools like Figma.

The salary range for this position is 180,000 USD to 220,000 USD.
