We are looking for an exceptional Senior Software Engineer to join our team and help us scale our systems while ensuring our clients succeed. What you'll be doing

• You will build products from the ground up, ranging from data infrastructure and backend APIs to user interfaces, while managing your own workflow and communicating directly with stakeholders.
• You will play a vital role in shaping our engineering organization by making key technical decisions, defining our development standards, and establishing best practices.
• You will tackle high-impact initiatives that shape our product strategy, all while deepening your expertise in the rapidly evolving cryptocurrency industry.

What you'll bring

We are looking for someone with at least three years of professional software development experience who is eager to grow with us. You should be an analytical thinker who values clear communication and takes pride in building strong, lasting relationships with your colleagues. While you do not need to be a crypto expert, a genuine enthusiasm for the industry is essential.

Our technical stack relies on a variety of tools, and you should be comfortable working across the stack or be highly motivated to learn the technologies we use, including:

• Frontend and Backend: React and Node.
• Data and Infrastructure: Scala, Spark, Kinesis, AWS, and Heroku.
• Scripting and Databases: Python, Firebase, MongoDB, and Postgres.

What you'll get
