Role at a glance

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. This is an on-site role based in the United States, requiring at least 5 years of professional experience. You will be instrumental in shaping our technical direction as we scale our operations and tackle the unique constraints of a mobile, distributed clinical workforce.

Your impact

Architect and optimize complex systems for scheduling and routing a national fleet of mobile clinicians.
Develop robust integrations to support hybrid telemedicine platforms and portable medical device connectivity.
Design reliable, scalable infrastructure to manage health data and medical supplies while prioritizing patient and clinician safety.

What you'll need

To succeed in this role, you should be proficient in English and have a strong command of our core technology stack. We are looking for candidates who possess the following skills and qualities:

Deep expertise in React Native, TypeScript, and GraphQL.
Extensive experience building on AWS, particularly with serverless architectures like AppSync, DynamoDB, and Lambda.
A passion for solving hard technical problems, with bonus points for experience in health tech, operations optimization, or leading small engineering teams.
