We are looking for all kinds of talents, from Individual Contributor to Tech Lead Manager.
What you will be working on regardless the roles
- Primary owner of one or more Safari AI core services
- Practice engineering best practices for system design, coding, documentation and communication
- Work closely with engineering team members and operation team to identify new priorities and communicate it well
- Contribute to engineering development process improvements
- Set technical direction for both backend and frontend stacks
What you must have
- previous startup founding team (founder or founding engineer) experiences
- depth belief in our mission and strong enthusiasm in AI / data
- 5-8 years software individual contributor experiences
- proficiency in at least one of the following public cloud: AWS/GCP/Azure
- proven record of building a complex service from scratch to production
- experiences in delivering incremental features and maintaining reliabilities of a production service
- good understanding in best practices in software development lifecycle (SDLC) and security compliance
- experts in one of the following stacks
- big data: proficient in frameworks such as Flink, Hadoop, Beam, Spark, etc.
- full stack: proficient in react / vue, and CRUD
- embedded CV: proficient in embedded CV and related framworks, such as TensorRT, Gstreamer, etc.
- AI PM: product manager leadership in AI/ML based products
Nice-to-Haves
- proven experiences of building a team and mentoring skills
- PhD training in computer science or similar areas
