What you bring

As a Senior Software Engineer in a full-time, hybrid role, you will be a key player in our growing organization. You will have the opportunity to work from anywhere while collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to build products that serve our clients and drive our business forward. Your core responsibilities will include:

• Designing and building end-to-end products, ranging from data infrastructure and backend APIs to user-facing interfaces.
• Taking ownership of technical decisions and helping to define our engineering standards and best practices.
• Contributing to high-impact initiatives that directly shape our product and engineering strategy.

Requirements

We are looking for an analytical thinker with at least three years of experience in software development. You should be comfortable working across the stack, with proficiency or a strong willingness to learn our core technologies, including React, Node, Scala, Spark, Kinesis, Python, Firebase, MongoDB, Postgres, and AWS. We value candidates who are proactive, curious, and excellent communicators who can convey complex details with clarity. You should be comfortable in a fast-paced environment where you can wear many hats, and while you do not need to be a crypto expert, a genuine interest in learning about the industry is essential. We look for individuals who are self-aware, collaborative, and dedicated to forming long-term professional partnerships.

What we offer
