What is this role?
We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our core product team in Belgrade. This is a full-time, hybrid position. You will play a vital role in building and scaling our comprehensive financial platform while working within a highly technical environment.
What will you do?
- Develop and maintain robust web applications and services that power our core financial platform.
- Collaborate with a variety of stakeholders and partners to navigate the complexities of a regulated financial environment.
- Utilize our modern tech stack, including Python, GraphQL, PostgreSQL, Docker, Kubernetes, and Google Cloud Platform, to deliver high-quality solutions.
What makes you a great fit?
We are looking for someone who brings deep technical expertise and a passion for problem-solving. You should have a strong background in building web services and experience working in complex, high-stakes industries like finance, security, or infrastructure. Proficiency in Python and SQL is essential for this role. We also value candidates who have experience with cloud computing, distributed systems, and modern deployment tools like Docker and Kubernetes. If you have a background in financial software or enjoy mentoring junior engineers, that is a significant plus. You must be comfortable working in an environment where English is the primary language of communication.
