Role at a glance
We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join one of our European engineering teams on a full-time, remote basis. This is a senior-level position where you will help us solve complex product engineering challenges while working with a modern tech stack that includes Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, AWS, and Next.js.
Your impact
- Lead the delivery of new features by balancing hands-on coding with project management to ensure we meet product standards.
- Make high-level technical decisions that allow our infrastructure and product surface area to scale sustainably as our user base grows.
- Mentor other engineers to foster a collaborative environment and ensure the team remains resilient and effective.
What you'll need
To be successful in this role, you should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. We value candidates who are ambitious, take full ownership of their work, and communicate clearly across distributed teams. You should have a strong command of English and proficiency with our core tools, including Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, Terraform, AWS, Next.js, TypeScript, and TailwindCSS. Because we believe AI is fundamental to the future of engineering, we are looking for someone who is curious and eager to experiment with new AI-driven workflows. You should also be comfortable using GitHub for version control and Slack for team communication.
