We have secured 20 million dollars in seed funding from Thrive Capital and a group of twelve unicorn founders from companies like Reddit, Plaid, and Hippo. What is this role?

We are searching for a Senior Software Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a senior-level position based in the United States. You will work in a hybrid capacity as you help us build and scale our platform.

What will you do?

• Develop high-quality, well-tested code that performs reliably in a production environment.
• Take the lead on complex projects while making informed decisions that balance business needs with technical requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Establish and maintain our engineering standards to ensure consistency across our codebases and development processes.

• At least 5 years of professional experience building and shipping software to production.

• A genuine passion for solving difficult technical and product-related challenges.
• Fluency in English.

Bonus points if you have experience as an early engineer at a startup, a background in fintech or insurtech, or a history of building successful, product-focused companies.
