The role

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a remote position, and we are looking for an experienced developer who is comfortable working across the entire web stack. You will play a vital role in building and maintaining production systems at scale, ensuring our clients have access to reliable and high-performing features every day.

Core responsibilities

• Architect and implement new features within our Elixir codebase to power our web applications and API development.
• Collaborate directly with product management to scope, plan, and execute new initiatives.
• Maintain high standards for our engineering culture by writing testable, high-quality code and participating in rigorous code reviews.

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you should bring a strong foundation in software engineering and a passion for building robust systems. We value candidates who possess the following:

• At least 4 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proven ability to design, build, and maintain production services at scale.
• A solid grasp of web security fundamentals.
• Experience solving ambiguous technical problems with ownership and reliability.
• Bonus points if you have experience with Fintech, Kubernetes, Postgres, or a genuine interest in the Bitcoin ecosystem.

Compensation and benefits
