About the Role
We are hiring a Senior Software Engineer, UI/UX for a full-time position based in our Hamburg, Germany office. In this role, you will focus on developing high-quality software solutions for Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android platforms. You will bridge the gap between technical engineering and user experience, ensuring our digital products meet the high standards our customers expect from the Fender name.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with our UI/UX designers and development team to build and refine cross-platform applications.
- Take ownership of front-end development tasks, including the design and implementation of intuitive software interfaces.
- Maintain a collaborative workflow with product owners, quality assurance teams, and management to ensure all requirements are met effectively.
Requirements
- A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3 to 5 years of professional experience in software design and development.
- Strong proficiency in object-oriented programming.
- Experience using markup languages like HTML and CSS for UI implementation.
- Technical expertise with development tools such as Visual Studio, Git, and design software like Figma or Adobe XD.
- Fluency in both German and English.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work both independently and within a team.
Location
This role is based on-site in Hamburg, Germany.
