What you bring

As a Senior Software Engineer and Tech Lead, you will serve as the technical engine for our platform. This full-time, hybrid role is based in France, specifically in our Lille or Nantes offices. You will be responsible for setting our architectural standards, mentoring our engineering team, and driving innovation across our product suite. Your core responsibilities will include:

• Designing and maintaining a secure, scalable, and robust system architecture.
• Providing technical leadership for a cross-functional team of five software engineers and two data engineers.
• Championing modern development practices such as TDD, clean code, and efficient CI/CD pipelines.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with over five years of experience in Java and React development. You should have a deep understanding of microservices, TypeScript, Spring Boot, and PostgreSQL. Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, and GCP is essential for our cloud-native environment. Beyond your technical skills, you should be a natural leader who enjoys mentoring others and fostering a collaborative team culture. You must be comfortable working in both English and French, and you should possess a strong interest in information security and system reliability.
