What is this role?

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our team in a full-time, hybrid capacity within the United States. In this senior-level position, you will work on the core of our business. You will be responsible for building the systems and infrastructure that connect our strategy generation, trading platforms, and user interfaces, all while managing billions of dollars in client assets.

What will you do?

• Design and implement the infrastructure that powers our trading systems and strategy generation.
• Scale our event-driven serverless architecture within the AWS ecosystem.
• Build and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code to ensure reliable deployments.

What makes you a great fit?

To be successful in this role, you should have at least 3 years of experience as a senior engineer working with both compiled languages, such as Go, Java, or C#, and scripting languages like Python, JavaScript, or Node. You should be comfortable working with both relational databases and NoSQL stores. We value candidates who have a strong grasp of software engineering best practices, including unit and integration testing, as well as the ability to document and analyze complex infrastructure. Excellent English communication skills are essential for collaborating with our diverse team. Bonus points if you have experience with functional programming, virtual networking, security automation, or front-end frameworks like React or Vue.
