Key outcomes

• Design and develop core components for our growing product suite.
• Ensure the performance, scalability, and uptime of our backend services through proactive optimization.
• Champion a culture of engineering excellence by setting high standards for code quality and rigor.
• Lead design and code reviews to maintain high technical standards across the team.
• Work closely with product management, customer success, and support teams to deliver a seamless user experience.
• Build consistent and cohesive REST APIs using domain-driven design principles to manage service orchestration effectively.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience building clean, scalable, and distributed software systems.
• A strong foundation in computer science, including deep knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and software architecture.
• Expertise in Java and building microservices with Spring Boot.
• Proven experience in designing and supporting customer-facing RESTful APIs.
• Proficiency in designing relational database schemas using PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle.
• Experience with testing frameworks such as JUnit and Mockito.
• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes is highly desirable.
• A Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science or an equivalent field.
• Fluency in English and current authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Compensation

The base salary range for this position is 160,000 USD to 170,000 USD. Please note that final offers are determined based on individual experience, skills, and relevant training. In addition to base pay, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including:
