About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our Personalization team on a full-time basis. This role focuses on transforming customer inputs into professional, print-ready PDF files at scale. You will work within a service-oriented architecture, utilizing Node.js, Vue.js, and C++ to help our customers create professional mail without the need for specialized design tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the Product team and other stakeholders to design, implement, and deliver new features and services.
- Lead complex projects from the initial design phase through to final implementation while championing architectural best practices.
- Support the growth of our engineering culture by coaching and mentoring fellow team members.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience working with JavaScript, specifically Node.js or TypeScript.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience managing complex, large-scale production systems, including monitoring and debugging.
- At least 2 years of experience in a leadership capacity, focusing on mentoring and teaching technical best practices.
- A strong background in full-stack development, with the ability to build both backend systems and front-end UIs using tools like Vue.
- Practical experience with AWS services, such as SQS, S3, and ECS, as well as containerization using Docker.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to advocate for stakeholders while explaining technical concepts to diverse audiences.

This position is remote and available to candidates located anywhere.
Compensation and Benefits
The base salary range for this position is $160,000 to $165,000 USD. In addition to base pay, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
