The role
We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our Machine Learning Platform team on a full-time basis. In this senior-level position, you will focus on MLOps to solve complex infrastructure challenges that allow our data scientists to deploy models at scale. This role is based in the United States and follows a hybrid work model, providing you with the opportunity to collaborate closely with our engineering team while maintaining flexibility.
Core responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain the infrastructure that powers our Machine Learning Platform, ensuring it supports large-scale, multi-tenant workloads.
- Create self-service patterns that empower data scientists to manage the entire ML lifecycle, from initial training and testing to production deployment with low latency.
- Improve our platform’s CI/CD pipelines and integration testing capabilities to ensure reliable, high-performance delivery of real-time content recommendations and personalization features.
Skills and experience
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in building and operating distributed systems. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- At least 4 years of professional experience in MLOps or DevOps, specifically with operating large-scale production systems.
- Proven experience deploying and monitoring systems using cloud infrastructure such as AWS or GCP.
- Proficiency in Kubernetes and Docker, along with experience managing CI/CD workflows.
- Strong development skills in a high-level language like Python or Go.
- A demonstrated ability to lead the development of data-driven, distributed systems that serve multiple tenants.
Compensation and benefits
The annual base pay range for this position is between $140,000 and $155,000 USD. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer a hybrid work schedule to support a healthy work-life balance.
