The role

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our team as a specialist in LLMs and Generative AI. This is a full-time, on-site position for an experienced professional. You will work alongside a talented group of engineers focused on building agentic applications that empower local businesses to automate customer interactions and reclaim their time. If you enjoy solving complex problems in a fast-paced, iterative environment, we would love to have you on the team.

Core responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy sophisticated agentic applications using Large Language Models to automate lead management and customer interactions.
• Manage the full development lifecycle for AI agents, moving from initial concept and design through to implementation and ongoing maintenance.
• Build and maintain robust monitoring and evaluation frameworks to ensure our AI agents perform reliably and deliver high user satisfaction in production.

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• At least 8 years of professional programming experience using modern languages such as Python, Go, or Elixir.
• Proven, hands-on experience with training, fine-tuning, or deploying AI development projects and LLM applications in production.
• A strong background in architectural design for large-scale distributed systems or machine learning infrastructure.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive while working on ambiguous, high-impact projects.
• A deep interest in generative AI and a commitment to staying current with emerging industry research.
