Role at a glance
We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our Rider Experience team. This is a full-time, remote position open to candidates anywhere. You will be a key player in our engineering department, focusing on building high-quality, scalable iOS solutions that make urban travel seamless for our millions of users.
Your impact
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of engineers, product managers, and designers to build and refine our Tier and Dott iOS applications throughout the entire development lifecycle.
- Maintain high standards of stability and performance by applying clean architecture principles and industry-leading best practices.
- Manage the release process for the App Store, monitor production health, and proactively debug issues to ensure a smooth experience for our riders.
What you'll need
- At least 5 years of experience building B2C iOS applications at scale.
- Fluency in Swift and a deep understanding of modern software architecture.
- A user-centric mindset with the ability to identify pain points and translate them into effective, scalable technical solutions.
- Strong critical thinking skills and an observability-focused approach to development.
- Professional proficiency in English.
