Senior Software Engineer, iOS at TIER Mobility

What you bring

As a Senior Software Engineer within our Rider Experience team, you will play a vital role in growing our user base by removing friction from onboarding and deploying effective incentives. This is a full-time, remote position available to candidates located anywhere. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of engineers, product managers, and designers to develop our iOS applications throughout the entire software development lifecycle.
• Maintaining the stability and scalability of our platforms by consistently applying clean architecture and industry-standard best practices.
• Managing the release of app updates to the App Store, monitoring production health, and proactively debugging issues to ensure a seamless experience for our users.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate who combines technical expertise with a deep sense of user centricity. You should possess at least five years of experience in developing B2C iOS applications at scale. Fluency in Swift is essential, as is the ability to work independently while adhering to our architectural guidelines. We value critical thinking and an observability mindset, meaning you should be comfortable reflecting on performance and using data to drive your decisions. Proficiency in English is required, and any additional experience with backend development, Android, or multi-platform technologies like Flutter and KMM is considered a plus.
