The opportunity
We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our Solutions team. This role is the heartbeat of our operations, as you will be responsible for building and maintaining the systems that power our Helix Research Network and clinical diagnostics. You will act as a bridge between complex technical architecture and the real-world needs of our health system partners, ensuring that every workflow is seamless and every detail is accurate. This is a full-time, hybrid position based in Mexico City, where you will help us scale our technology to support our mission.
A day in the life
- You will partner closely with product, design, and clinical teams to translate business needs into robust, scalable technical solutions.
- You will take full ownership of projects from the initial idea phase through to production deployment, ensuring high-quality code across both frontend and backend domains.
- You will design and implement internal automation tools that allow our team to work more efficiently and effectively.
Who you are
You are a seasoned engineer with at least 7 years of experience in software development. You are comfortable working with languages such as Go, Python, TypeScript, JavaScript, or Java. You have a proven track record of delivering successful projects, and you are someone who builds iteratively to provide value at every stage. Because we value modern development, you are comfortable using AI assistance to enhance your workflow. You are fluent in English and are excited to join us in our Mexico City office at least once a week for collaboration and team building.
