What you bring

As a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer, you will play a vital role in our engineering organization by driving the planning and execution of high-impact projects. This full-time position is based in New York City and requires a hybrid schedule with four days per week in the office. You will be instrumental in scaling our platform and ensuring our technology meets the needs of a diverse user base. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Translating product strategy into technical solutions by developing and iterating on new product implementations for our customers.
• Serving as a technical owner for key business goals while partnering closely with cross-functional teams.
• Championing agile development practices and mentoring teammates to foster a culture of high-quality software delivery and technical simplicity.

Requirements

We are looking for a proactive leader with at least five years of industry experience, ideally within a fast-paced startup environment. You should be comfortable navigating rapid CI/CD workflows and managing multiple concurrent projects. Proficiency in React, TypeScript, NodeJS, and Redux is essential for building our user-facing interfaces. Additionally, you should have experience with CSS and building RESTful APIs, with a strong grasp of backend systems, such as Python and Django. We value candidates who are curious, empathetic, and possess a strong bias toward action to ensure our initiatives move forward effectively.

What we offer
