We are currently looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our fast-growing team and help us build the future of manufacturing.
Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of end-to-end feature development, from initial design through to deployment.
- Build and maintain high-performance, scalable systems for our buyers, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Write clean, modular, and well-tested code that prioritizes long-term maintainability.
- Collaborate directly with our executive leadership to align technical solutions with our core business objectives.
- Independently plan and execute technical designs while balancing the need for speed with the management of technical debt.
- Proactively identify potential bottlenecks and resolve technical challenges before they impact the business.
- Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Adapt to global time zones as needed to support urgent priorities and customer requirements.
Must-haves
- At least 5 years of professional software engineering experience, specifically within startup environments.
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript for both frontend and backend development.
- Proven experience building and scaling complex web applications.
- Experience working with PostgreSQL, Google Cloud, and Terraform.
- A track record of making mature, principled technical decisions under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and quickly learn new technologies to solve business problems.
- Current eligibility to work in the United States, as we are unable to provide visa sponsorship.
- Residency in the United States with the ability to work on-site.
Benefits
The salary range for this position is $135,000 to $180,000 per year, depending on individual qualifications and experience.
