What you bring
As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will join our team in a full-time capacity at our office in San Francisco. You will be instrumental in developing the technology that supports teachers, students, and families, ensuring our platform remains a robust and effective tool for modern education. Your daily work will involve using a modern stack including TypeScript, NodeJS, GraphQL, Prisma, Postgres, NextJS, React, and Relay.
- Collaborate closely with our product, design, and academic teams to build features that directly impact the school experience.
- Take full ownership of projects from initial concept through to production, ensuring every detail meets our high standards for quality.
- Help establish and scale our engineering culture as we continue to grow our small, hands-on team.
Requirements
We are looking for someone who possesses a deep, genuine passion for improving the education system in the United States. You should be an engineer who thrives in early-stage environments where you can roll up your sleeves to navigate the unknown. We value candidates who have a strong grasp of engineering fundamentals and take immense pride in their craftsmanship. You should have experience taking features from an idea to a live product used by real people. Proficiency in English is required to collaborate effectively with our team.
