The opportunity

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our team in a full-time capacity. In this role, you will be at the heart of our efforts to build software for safety-critical, high-reliability products. You will act as a versatile generalist, working across a multidisciplinary research and development environment where you will contribute to architecture, solve complex problems, and ensure our systems meet the highest standards of quality. This position is perfect for a self-driven engineer who thrives on detail and is eager to challenge the status quo while working in a hybrid environment.

A day in the life

• You will set and maintain high engineering standards by leading design reviews and implementing rigorous testing processes across all of our software projects.
• You will work across the entire stack, moving between low-level embedded systems and high-level application development to create robust, reliable solutions.
• You will manage our software infrastructure by deploying automated testing, refining CI/CD pipelines, and establishing clear coding standards to ensure our development process is as efficient as possible.

Who you are

You are a seasoned engineer with a deep understanding of programming fundamentals and a passion for building high-quality software. You communicate fluently in English and are comfortable navigating the complexities of a regulated, high-tech environment. Your background includes:

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Kotlin, or C/C++.
• Strong experience with TypeScript for application development.
• A proven track record of working within Agile frameworks.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing practices.
• Because this role involves information subject to US Export Control Regulations, you must be a citizen of the United States, a lawful permanent resident, or an admitted asylee or refugee.
