The role

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid position for an experienced engineer who thrives in a small, nimble environment where autonomy and high standards are the norm. You will report directly to our Head of Engineering, and as we continue to grow, you will find significant opportunities to step into leadership roles.

Core responsibilities

• Enhance the member journey: You will lead the design and development of intuitive, engaging services that allow our members to manage their health with total confidence.
• Support our clinicians: You will build innovative platforms and tools that empower our world-class medical team to deliver the highest quality of care.
• Build for scale: You will architect robust, adaptable systems that can handle complex health data while driving meaningful improvements in patient outcomes.

Skills and experience

We are looking for a collaborative and highly motivated individual who is eager to take ownership of our product and culture. To be successful in this role, you should have:

• At least 5 years of professional experience in software engineering.
• Proven expertise in developing data-intensive web applications across the full stack.
• A strong background in building and deploying production-grade applications within cloud environments.
• Familiarity with our preferred technology stack, which includes TypeScript, NextJS, Tailwind, Python, Django, and PostgreSQL.
• A genuine passion for leveraging technology to solve complex problems in the healthcare space.

Compensation and benefits

We offer a competitive base salary ranging from $150,000 to $200,000, depending on your experience and level. In addition to your salary, you will receive:
